John Quincy Adams, Arrested.
Destin, Florida. A deputy saw a 36 year old man standing infront of a roadway in front of Buddy's Food Mart on U.S. Highway 98. Where the deputy saw the 36 year old man obstructing traffic, and risking his own life. As the deputy began to walk towards him, the man began walking backwards, staring at the deputy.
The man then turned around and ran, but then the officer caught up to him. When the man was caught, the man told the deputy "Get out of the roadway!" The deputy then asked for I.D. and the man replied, "I am John Quincy Adams, born on the 4th of July, 1892. The deputy, then told that he would be arrested unless he provided his real name, the man then said he was the "Commissioner of Police." The deputy told the man that he was under arrest, but the man told him "You are under arrest. Arrest yourself!"
The officer then told the man to place his hands behind his back, but he began to simply walk backwards, then he was pretending he was talking on the radio saying things such as "I need back up, send me back up!"
Eventually with the help of another deputy they arrest the man. While in custody, they asked the man his name. He simply replied "Commander Cheif 492" then as a top secret FBI agent.
The man had previous arrests for impersonating a law-enforcement officer. The first time, he claimed he was an FBI agent. The second time, he tried to book a hotel room as a representative from the DOA.
Will post more later today!!
